The state licensed real estate agent assigned to each participant will assist in obtaining a property and filing all required contracts and subsequent addenda for the GoodNeighbor Next Door program.  Agents will also assist participants in obtaining financing, conducting inspections, modifying repair escrows if needed, and coordinating 203K personnel. Agent’s commissions are added to the total closing cost of the property.  Commissions and closing cost can be financed or paid by Participants at closing.  By participating and agreeing to these terms and conditions with GoodNeighborNextDoor.com, you agree to use the services of the assigned agent and are bound to pay said agent a commission of 5% of the sales price of the home. Bruce Arrant of Tunmire Realty Inc. may receive compensation from the service provider.

Neither GoodNeighborNextDoor.com nor any of its information providers, agents, parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, licensors, Officers, directors or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this agreement or resulting from the use or the inability to use the site. Including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible damages, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
